JACK MARSH

Jack is a UEFA ‘C’ Licensed coach with over 10 years of experience in the industry, working in the UK, USA, and Australia.

 

Whilst at University in the USA he worked for the biggest soccer camp operator in the country - Challenger Sports coordinating and overseeing junior soccer programs and camps.
After finished Uni he came to Australia and began coaching at a private academy in Sydney, home to 150 children, after working his way up to Head Coach, he became responsible for the planning and training sessions for the academy, which included a well known elite training squad.

 

Since then Jack has started his own company which is focused on offering strength and conditioning programs for kids in sport, working on speed mechanics, true agility, and conditioning blocks, whilst working through injury prevention strategies.


Jack has also worked with a number of respectable football clubs - Maccabi, Queens Park, and Dunbar Rovers NPL squads.

Ricky Gallagher

Ricky Gallagher Operations / Coach : FA Beach Soccer Level 1 coach. 

​

Ricky played semi-pro in the UK over 12years ago playing playing in the Hampshire Wessex League.

​

  • Cert IV Personal Trainer

  • He has also one the English National Beach Soccer Tournament with Isle of Wight team ‘ The Bee’s

  • Ricky came to Australia and played for ESFA Premiership side Waverley and Glebe Wanders and got awarded ESFA’s top goalscorer award in 2012.

  • He has been coaching men's football in Sydney for 5years as well as now coaching SEUFC U6 in Central Coast.

  • Developed over 10 years of essential coaching skills with children on watersports (windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, powerboating)

  • His family has a strong passion for football as does he and Connor Gallagher (cousin) plays for Premiership team Chelsea FC.

Andrew Ollier

Next up is Andrew Ollier.

Lucas Da Silva Pacheco

No Coaching team would be complete without some Brazilian flair in the team!

Here is what Lucas had to say on his background.

"I have been coaching since 2008 with experience coaching in Brazil, England and Australia. Currently, I am the Head Coach at ESFA and UNSW FC.


In Australia, I have coached for Maccabi Hakoah, Balmain and District FC.
I spent 5 years with Balmain DFC from Head Coach to Technical Director running many programs such as their Development Program, Miniroos, Summer Competition and Holiday Camps.
I also coach one-on-one privately, for Sydney FC in their Skills Training Program and as Head Coach in different schools: SCEGGS, Riverview and Sydney Boys High School"

Lucas is also highly qualified with an FFA B coaching badge and specialises youth development programs
